Grammar: Term 1 Assessment 1 (Thursday; 23/9)
K: Know the instructions carefully.
U: Understand each question given.
D: Recheck your answers before submitting.
Before we start, please cater to the rules below:
1. The test is 30 minutes. Once you enter the quiz, the timer will start. Take deep breaths and if you're stuck in a question for more than 5 minutes, move on to the next.
2. Once start, you can ask Ms Farah for any confusion in the Zoom chat to respect your classmate's privacy. If the question involves giving the answer, Ms Farah will not answer. Instead, she will smile :)
3. If you are a desktop-user, you must have your camera on. You may stay muted, but you must be in a position where Ms Farah can see your face and body language.
4. If you are a tablet-user, you have 2 options: Use the split-screen option where Ms Farah can see you while you do the quiz OR you remain unmuted while your video is off so that Ms Farah can hear and keep track.
5. Once done, recheck once. Recheck twice. Recheck thrice if needed. Do not leave any question empty.
6. Once you have submitted and you still have plenty of time, continue doing your Composition work (cat article summary and newsworthy event report). Do not leave the class early.
Honesty is the best policy. Remember, you are to be responsible and honest in answering. If rule 3 and 4 are being deliberately broken without any valid reason, you will be put in the waiting room and your quiz will be invalid.
