    2a2. The -able and -ible rule; suffix -able is when the root word looks like complete when the suffix is taken out; suffix -ible is when the root word looks incomplete when the suffix is taken out.

    2b3. The letter 'e' must be kept to soften the sound of the letter.

    1c2. Suffix '-er' is more common.

    1c3. Verbs ending in other consonant clusters will take the “-er” suffix, but a verb that ends in CT will almost always be made into a noun with the suffix “-or".
