1. Plastic waste problem in Malaysia

2. Solid waste management in China

3. Landfill issue in Japan

Magazine Checklist

While making your magazine, please refer to the checklist below:

1. Introduction of the current waste issue of your choice.

- What is the waste problem?

- Is the waste problem you're researching in a specific country or globally?

- Word limit -> 50 - 100 words

2. THREE (3) various text types of the current issue: informative, biographical, instructional, persuasive, and balanced. The word limit is 300-350 words per essay.

3. Questions and answers from FIVE (5) interviews you have conducted. The questions you need to ask during the interview are:

a) What do you think about the issue?

b) Has this issue affected you in any way?

c) What can you do to prevent the current issue?

You only need to list down the questions and answers, as well as their first name and age. For example:

Q: What do you think about the plastic waste issue in Malaysia?

A: I think it is ridiculous because it can be stopped if we become strict with the rules to avoid waste.

Q: Has this issue affected you in any way?

A: Yes it does. Sometimes it annoys me to see plastic trash littered on the ground in public.

Q: What can you do to prevent the current issue?

A: I can make an awareness task especially for younger audience so that they can learn not to waste plastic at a young age.
