Task 1

Listen to Ms Farah's pronunciation carefully and write the words in your S&D book. Remember which word needs to be capitalized and which does not. Some are only 1 word while others have more than 1 word.

The word will be repeated twice so please listen carefully.

The dictated phrase is repeated 3 times. Ms Farah will not recite the punctuation nor the capitalization. Once done, just show a thumbs up for 3 seconds then wait patiently for the next phrase.

Task 2

Using a dictionary, find and write the formal definition of each word. Write the definitions in your Grammar/S&D book.

You have 20 minutes to find and write the words.

Task 3

Create a sentence for each Set 5 word. Your sentence has to be at least 5 words long and interesting.

Create a 50-100 word continuation of what happens to the story next. Make sure it is related and the rules of punctuations are being applied.

You have 40 minutes for this task.
