Task 1

Refer to page 87 in your learner's book. Read the instructions for Set 1. The actual task can be found under the photo.


Construct a poem that fits the Halloween theme. It can be something horrific, suspenseful, gory, or even cute with Halloween themes!

Please write down the checklist below before writing your poem:

1. My poem has to have a proper stanza.

2. My poem is at least 3 verses long.

3. My poem must have a rhyme scheme.

4. My poem has elements of horror.

5. My poem is read and has a written review by one person.

There is no word limit but please follow this checklist. You have 30 minutes to write your poem. Have fun!
