Task 1

Please refer to page 163 in your learner book. Take 10 minutes to think and then verbally answer Set 1 questions. You may write your notes in your LB.

Take 15 minutes for this task.


Task 2

Individually, write a proper poem with the following theme, 'Success'. Your poem must be written in a test pad.

Ensure that your poem has all the poetic rules. You may refer to the rules below:

1. Must have a proper stanza: tercet, quatrain, quintain, or sestet.

2. Must have at least 1 rhyme scheme.

3. Must be at least 3 verses.

You have 30 minutes for this task.


Task 3/Homework

Please refer to page 164 in your learner book. Do all of Set 2 in your test pad or A4 paper.

You are encouraged to use coloured pencils or pens, or any stationary to make your string poem creative. Ensure that your string poem has a shape or line that matches the topic.

The word limit of your string poem is 100-150 words.

Even though you may work with your friends, each student must have at least 1 string poem.

Your product by next week is only the string poem.
