Words of the Day

1. Scatter

2. Whale

Let's begin!

Open to page 55 of your workbook and write the day and date at the top of the page.

Do you know what alliterations are?

Alliterations are words that have the same starting letter.

Can you think of any?

Krispy Kreme / Dunkin Donuts / She sells seashells by the seashore.

Can you identify the alliteration in this tongue twister?

If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers, where's the peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked?

Sometimes, alliterations depend on sounds:

You have 5 minutes for this task.
