Spelling - Set 1 (Thursday; 25/9)

K: Know the Set 1 spelling words.

U: Understand the definition of Set 1 words.

D: Make sentences using Set 1 words.

 

Let's Begin!

Write the day and date in your English notebook. Write the title 'Set 1: Fable' on the first line and in the center. Don't forget to label 15 numbers!

 

 

Task 1

Listen to each word spoken by Ms Farah. Once the word is written, show a thumbs-up for 3 seconds and patiently wait for the next word.

 

Task 2

Using a physical or digital dictionary, find the meaning of each word. Ensure that the spelling is correct and using Standard English.

 

Task 3

Create a sentence by using each word. Make sure your sentence is at least 5 words long.
