Point of View Pronouns First Person Point of View First person is the I/we perspective. When we talk about ourselves, our opinions, and the things that happen to us , we generally speak in first person. Plural first-person pronouns are we, us, our, and  ourselves.   Singular first-person pronouns include  I, me, my, mine  and  myself . Examples: 1. I am so hungry, I can eat a whale! 2.
