Composition - Write an informational essay (Tuesday; 4/2)

What is an informative essay again? Let's watch this video! Do you remember the non-fiction essay structure too?  Introduction Topic sentences (At least 2 topic sentences) Conclusion   Task 1 In your test pad (given by your teachers), expand your draft into a proper essay! Remember these tips: 1. Always have 1 or 2-finger spacing before each paragraph. 2. Skip 1 line for each new paragraph.   The sentence from your draft can be the first sentence in the paragraph. Composition - Informative Writing (Monday; 3/2)

K: Know the structure of informative texts. U: Understand how to expand our paragraphs. D: Write an informative draft. Words of the Day 1. Inform 2. Draft   Let's Begin ! Prepare a test pad and write the day and date in the test pad. Don't forget to write the words of the day and your name! Informational writing is a text to inform something. Informational writing (or non-fiction writing) is separate into more detailed information: 1. Introduction introduces the topic. 2. Fact is also known as topic sentence. A topic sentence is the main idea of a topic and is always the first sentence in a paragraph. 3. Conclusion is the ending of the essay. You can repeat the intro into the conclusion. Please write down the structure (burger picture) in your test pad. You can write it as a simple list or in burger form.  You have 10 minutes to write these down.
