Now, on pages 157 and 158, read the language focus boxes.
Task 1
In a group of 4, make two posters focusing on 2 grammar topics:
1. point of views - first, second, third
2. direct speech
Please refer to the checklists below in order to achieve your quality poster.
English Checklist:
1. I must have 1 direct speech poster and 1 point of views poster.
2. I must have the definition of direct speech and all 3 point of views.
3. I must have 4 examples of direct speech; each example is from each group member.
4. I must have 2 examples of first person point of view; 2 examples of second person point of view; 2 examples of third person point of view.
Visual Arts Checklist:
1. I must use coloured pencils and oil pastels.
2. I must decorate the poster based on a theme. It can be one theme for two posters or one theme per poster.
Skills Checklist:
1. I can find information from the internet and through discussion.
2. I can write my own sentences based on the information from the internet.
3. I can work together in a team.
